You can do the copying of dependent jar files with one line like this:
<deploy:copy-deps todir="${dir.dist}/lib"/>
you can even add excludes and includes attributes to it, like this
<deploy:copy-deps todir="${dir.dist}/lib" excludes="ant,oracle,junit"/>
