[changelog/activity report] not working

Hi guys,

I saw a post to this list a few days ago regarding this. I can confirm that
the changelog and the activity reports do not work for me. I am using the
latest CVS code (checked out two hours ago).

Previously I would be prompted for my CVS password (I am running maven
site on the commons cli project) but this no longer happens and the reports
are always empty.
