Apologies... I've found the maven.repo.central property, and this now works.

You can also create your own repository by setting maven.repo.remote, putting ibiblio in your own in there, separated by a comma. Found this in the archive, and it also lets you use a file system location.
On that note, deploy seems to want to always send the file to login.ibiblio.com - is there a way to deploy to your local repository?
