If you really need them on ibiblio, drop someone on turbine-maven-dev a 
note with the project and the type of jar you'd like deployed.

Preferably it will be a publicly released jar we can go download, rather 
than having to build ourselves.

You don't *need* them on the remote repo to list them as a dependency. You 
can simply store the jars in the local repo.
