Basically these plugins are look for correct location to deposit the
artifact. The way the code is currently set up the groupId cannot be
inherited properly (a product of the interpolation mechanism). So what I
propose is introduce Project::getArtifactDirectory(). This property will
synthesize the directory to place the artifact in by looking at the
values of groupId and id. If groupId is valid then it will be used,
otherwise id will be used. I believe this satisfies current usage.
Dion, I've tried this with the Jelly tags and it's working there.
If others are amenable to this I'll commit the changes.
