You should be able to write all your classes/servlets/jsp etc. to use Turbine security by accessing the TurbineSecurity class. It is facade class over the SecurityService and provides you with access to all of Turbine's security features. I suggest looking over the Turbine javadoc on TurbineSecurity to get yourself more familiar with it. Also, take a look at the flux app within Turbine.
