Is there any way to stop turbine from putting <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/loose.dtd";> <html><head><title></title></head><body> ... </body></html>
into the template pages. I created a blank.vm for a layout so I could dynamically serve up style sheets using a velocity template.
