I don't understand how the properties files work in TDK 2.2 RC1. Could
someone point me to the correct docs?
In 2.1, you could set properties in TurbineResources.properties and the
changes would show up in the app. In 2.2 RC1, every time you run ant
init, TurbineResources.properties is recreated, erasing any changes
you've made.
