In your Extend-User howto:
duplicate defintion:
private static TurbineMapBuilderAdapter mapBuilder;
private static final TurbineMapBuilderAdapter mapBuilder =
(TurbineMapBuilderAdapter)getMapBuilder("org.mycompany.sampleapp.util.db.map
.TurbineMapBuilderAdapter");
I assume the fist one is not needed.
