Yep. That was the straw that broke my camels' back about four months
ago. I did commit my patches which integrate the logging for Turbine
yesterday so you might want to check out the Turbine CVS HEAD.

You _CAN'T_ fix that one with the current Turbine 2.2 logging. Stratum
is called by the Component Service early and the logging at this point
is not yet set up (Ends up on standard out).
