If you are using Turbine 2.2 or higher, use commons logging.
http://jakarta.apache.org/commons/

If you are using Turbine 2.1, Use org.apache.turbine.util.Log. It has
static methods to perform the logging. I would hihgly suggest that you
upgrade to Turbine 2.2.
