What is set in your TurbineRessources.properties file for the following
2 Configuration Options:

services.VelocityService.default.screen
services.VelocityService.default.layout
services.VelocityService.default.navigation
services.VelocityService.default.error.screen
services.VelocityService.default.layout.template

Yes, I have a Default.java in 

   com.zamek.portal.modules.screens which is inhrits from VelocityScreen
and
   com.zamek.portal.modules.layouts  because it referenced by log, and
   com.zamek.portal.modules.pages because it referenced by log.

All of Default.java inherits from VelocityScreen
