Here is my trustworthy old log4j.properties file, which works for me
with the 2.3-dev as long as I use the log4j stuff:

This is, BTW exactly the same file that is in the turbine HEAD
CVS as conf/Log4j.properties.

In the TR.props file, logging is only one line:
