I dont think its a problem of non-response.  For instance, I posted
yesterday afternoon to a question on the list, and the developer I
mentioned in my mail didnt get the reply I posted.  I've had to re-post
several times on a couple of Apache lists before I could see my own
post.  

If no one else has had problems then I know to start ripping our ISP a
new one, which is why I polled the list.
