Hi,

well, this might be a Torque limitation. Actually I've never really
thought about this. The problem is, that Torque won't allow you to use
a <foreign-key> tag to reference a table that is not in the same
schema.xml file.

Maybe Martin can say something to this. I'm not exactly a Torque guru.
