turbine 2.3 and tomcat 4.1.27 problem

I'm using turbine 2.3 on tomcat 4.1.10. It works fine.

When I try to use tomcat 4.1.27 or 4.1.29 the server can not find 

my webapp context.

Does anyone knows any configuration differences between these

versions of tomcat?
