I think this will be more tricky is the error page is really the result of a
velocity / turbine exception
and it's hard to say under which sub section this happened, a possible way
to do this would be to write
a custom error screen that will check for a specific user privilege and
according to that set the right layout

I suggest you read the overview at
http://jakarta.apache.org/turbine/fsd.html and
http://jakarta.apache.org/turbine/turbine-2.3/howto/velocity-site-howto.html

Actually, one more question ... Is it possible to have more than one
Error.vm in turbine app ? Since I divided my web app in 2 parts, than in
case of internal error I would like this error screen be shown in layout
which is from that part of application (layouts/user/Default.vm or
layouts/admin/Default.vm). Is it possible ?

Thanx in advance,
Vjeran
