Nothing. This is a raw screen, not a velocity screen. Sso you need no
template for it. Only when a screen is mapped to a Velocity Screen
class (like VelocityScreen or VelocitySecureScreen, which is the class
that is _always_ used when no explicit class is defined for a
request), then you would need a template. As this is a RawScreen
descendent, you need no template.
