I am trying to install tdk2.3 but i dont find any official release. i found some beta release from kiasoft's painter website. but the zip file downloaded has got only one file tdk-2 of file type 3_01. This file cannot be opened by winzip or any othe file. does this needs to be built by maven or ant or what is this file.
