Ahh!  Yes, right now there isn't support for source, and it is annoying!
There is a enhancement to the Eclipse plugin:
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MPECLIPSE-48 that I suggest you watch..
I'll be reviewing it in the next day or so...
