Maven torque:om

Hi, 

I try to setup a new application with meta (maven 1.02;meta 1.2;turbine
2.3.1) and 
I want to setup an "inplace" development mode for using it under eclipse. 

The first step (maven turbine:setup) was successful. 

Then I entered the new directory (
D:\Entwicklung\SVNtest\meta.2.3.1\gRelease in my case) 
and the  next step (maven torque:om) failed:

Is there a problem with my environment or is there a bug in
maven-torque-plugin-3.1.1\plugin.jelly ? 

What is wrong ?
