I am using IIS 6.0 and Tomcat 5.0.28 and IIS Connector 1.2.24 on windows 2000. I am using the basic authentication to protect the resource in the Tomcat. I can access those resource through the login from the Tomcat port 8080. However, if we The problme is when i access the resouce through IIS and i got the log prompt and can not be authenticated with error 401. I turn off the "Window authentication" option in the IIS and select the "basica authentication" as well. I am pretty sure this is something to do with the IIS connector. Please enlight on this!!!!!
