In fact, I followed the url.
For the avalon-framework-api, url is  
http://excalibur.apache.org/framework/index.html. I just go to download page 
from there, and there are 22 jar files on the download page. I am not quite 
sure if I should download them all.  
I think it is quite confusing when it said Avalon-framework-api, it leads to 
Excalibur framework. It is the same for avalon-framework-impl, it leads to 
Excalibur framework too. 
Would you please just list the .jar files needed?
