No it doesn't need to be loaded before ApacheJServ.jar. Where did you get
that wrong idea from? (so that i can fix it).

That is because it really doesn't matter. If you read the FAQ entry I just
added in the Turbine section, it tells you the reasoning about why you would
place things in the repo or wrapper paths. It has nothing to do with load
order.

dude...it is some configuration error on your part. Turbine/Jvve/etc all
work fine.
