The case where L10N got in was CalendarDatePicker, that chooses a language
calendar. We solved that by passing a new parameter, but it still is
fixed and the solution isn't optimal. We just found a way to override the
"English only" problem by allowing a "<choose one and only one language>
only" problem... :-)
