Running the following commands from "trunk" directory should fix it:

svn move turbogears/widgets/static/menuarrow2.gif
turbogears/widgets/static/calendar/
svn move turbogears/widgets/static/menuarrow.gif
turbogears/widgets/static/calendar/
}}}
It looks like this also fixed the CSS error message. I suspect the error
prevented something to be completed, dunno... Both messages disappeared
after those commands.
(Since I can't provide a patch for that, I had to send the svn commands,
sorry...)
