Hi Chris,
Can you replace your version of turbogears/toolbox/catwalk/__init__.py
with this one:
http://trac.turbogears.org/turbogears/browser/trunk/turbogears/toolbox/catwalk/__init__.py?rev=909&format=raw
And check if the problem is still there.
