MochiKit is bundled with TurboGears, so you get it automatically. Some
examples explain how to use MochiKit in your own code, but this can be
better spelled out. It is also easier with TG 0.9 widgets. I'm going to
close this in favor of however we end up documenting this in TG 0.9.
