One way to do this can be to dispense with the tg-admin utility completely
and make it a project utility to be run as ./tg-admin. This way the user
can change some parts by himself.
The utility doesn't make sense outside of a directory with the config
files anyway.
It will necessiate some code changes since the current utility is just a
cover for the package code. Just a thought.
