#710: Widgets should be viewable in isolation in the widget browser

As more complex widgets appear with more complex JavaScript, it's possible
that some widgets will not work well with others. (Lightbox appears to be
one of these: it doesn't work inside of the Widget Browser.) The solution
could be to have a WidgetDescription option that says that a given widget
should only be viewed on its own. Rather than including the widget's
JavaScript and displaying it onscreen with the other widgets, these
widgets would have a placeholder displayed in the main view and would have
a view that is `only` that single widget.
