This page and the other pages of which the documentation is comprised
should be anchored to the table of contents, the prior page and the
subsequent page so that the documentation can be navigated easily (see the
documentation for the Boost C++ libraries at http://www.boost.org).
An additional improvement would be to split the page into two frames where
the leftmost frame contains the table of contents so that the
documentation pages can be accessed randomly with ease.
