#751: AutoCompleteField should not submit on picking a suggestion

The behavior for autocomplete (on Firefox, anyways) is to show
suggestions, allow the user to arrow down, and simply fill in the field
with the text when Enter is pressed. Another Enter is required to actually
submit the form. Currently, this field both fills in and submits the form
when a suggestion is chosen.
