#782: make vhosts for wiki.turbogears.org and docs.turbogears.org

pretty straightforward - it would be nice if docs were vhosted on
docs.turbogears.org, so we get that google domain search functionality
like docs.python.org
similarly, a lot of projects use 'wiki.project.org' , it would be nice to
just type that and get a redirect or a vhost to
'trac.turbogears.org/turbogears/wiki' -- a lot less typing and better
googling ability.
