Bigger TurboGears-based project might benefit from splitting localization
messages into "domains". TurboGears itself should ease this task by
improving tool's support:
* extend tg-admin i18n command and admi18n Toolbox UI to handle multiple
domains instead of default "messsages" one.
* extend kidutils to handle multiple domains in Kid templates
