#865: Log page generation times

It would be good if we could log the page generation time with the new
logging features. It would overcome all the shortcomings that presenting
this information in .9a1 had. We would also gain the ability to include
Kid processing times in the number, which AFAIK can be significant.
A nice-to-have would be seperate output of controller and view processing
times, to make it easy to tell which side of the application is running
sluggishly.
