Hi I have been playing with the logging module and the Handlers that write
to disk files just dump their files at current dir.
I suggest we add a
[logging]
[[logsDir]]
path
which will map that "package" to a resource that will be fetch inside
turbogears.config.py to send all the files to the correct directory.
