#892: Other Javascript MIME types should also trigger JSON format

Ticket #54 brought about the use of the Accept header as an alternative to
?tg_format . However, that ticket states that the Accept header must
include *only* text/javascript in order to prompt the generation of JSON
rather than HTML. In addition to allowing text/javascript, this should
also permit accept lists to include other MIME types commonly used for
Javascript and JSON, including text/x-javascript, application/javascript,
application/x-javascript, and application/json.
