With the new features of having Sample/Description/Source
Code/Parameters/Template tabs and syntax highlight for code/template, we
should guarantee that Tabber and SyntaxHighlither css/js should always be
rendered (even when we are in "individual" visualization).
Another approach could be to show only Sample widget when viewing the
widget separately... (so whe would't need tabber and highlight).
This patch does the first option.. I known about the meaning of
"show_separately", but I don't believe the extra css/js would interfere
with third-party widgets)...
Just for testing, look at Scriptaculous, Lightbox and PlotKit before/after
applying the patch.
