#1014: app.cfg doesn't provide info about 'xhtml' and 'xhtml-strict' output

It took hunting through the [http://kid.lesscode.org/guide.html#common-
output-methods Kid documentation] to find out that there were 'xhtml' and
'xhtml-strict' output methods for kid. I was about to disregard it and say
Kid sucked 'cause I was getting 4.01 output when my templates were XHTML
;)
May I humbly suggest the attached patch be applied to make the comment
more complete (still omits plain but I don't think people want that much
for webapps).
