#1058: eggs for installing turbogears outdated

I tried to install TG (0.9) networkless
so I downloaded (wget'ed) all the eggs from the page, but some required
eggs are not there
formencode should be 0.5, and the egg available is 0.4. There is other egg
missing, its name is paste"Something" that I don't remember. It was a
prerrequisite for a template engine, I think Cheetah
The page should be updated accordingly
