you didn't make sence. your saying that the code was interpreted by
catwalk.
I assume that's a typo and your saying that the toolbox has to be
restarted for it to "learn" the changes of tg-admin sql create
if this is the case I don't see why it's a bug, unless you want the
toolbox to reload after you switch components which is overkill.
