I've spent about five minutes looking at the tutorial, and cannot see
where the save function would need a "new" argument. The "notfound"
controller method creates any page that doesn't exist, so the save
function shouldn't need to know anything else. This tutorial may have
changed since this ticket was filed, but it does not look like it is
applicable any more.
