#1189: TurboDjango/TurboJinja do not support template inheritance

Both template plugins currently do not support template inheritance as
they feed the templates to the template engine as string.
Furthermore, TurboDjango 0.95w2 misses EGG-INFO/entry_points.txt, which
might explain why it does not automatically work after installation. See:
