#1191: No easy way to start an egg-distributed project.

 Currently projects that are distributed as an egg must have a local
 project created that imports the eggs' controller method. This is more
 complicated than this process could/should be. I think an ideal setup
 would be having the following command available:

 $tg-admin start <projectname> <configfile>

 Elvelind mentioned having code that implements such a command, but I have
 not been able to find it yet. The relevant discussion can be found here:
