Comment:

 I changed the sender address for ticket notifications to
 [EMAIL PROTECTED] since the Google Group interface was
 reporting the previous sender address [EMAIL PROTECTED] as an
 "autoresponder". I have no idea why and I don't know how to convince
 Google that this is a perfectly good address.

 First I forgot to create the [EMAIL PROTECTED] address in the !WebFaction
 control panel, so their mail server refused ''all'' ticket notifications
 for the last two days. Sorry about that, fixed now.
