Attaching a patch for setup.py please downlaod the ez_setup.py and check
it into the folder.
wget http://peak.telecommunity.com/dist/ez_setup.py
This patch will use ez_setup.py to download and install setuptools if its
not installed with the system. This allows for easy installation and can
work on windows as well if win32 "eggs" are available for all packages.
