Peter, could you please provide a description how the `RESTMethod` class
is used exactly, so we can writer proper documentation for it? Even
better, could you draft a documentation page on the wiki and post the URL
here? Don't worry about formatting and style, etc. I'll copy edit the page
afterwards anyway.
