Even though the document needs more substance everything mentioned here is
at
http://turbogears.org/2.0/docs/main/WhatsNew.html maybe this should be
moved to it's own page, and we should provide something like
http://pythonpaste.org/webob/differences.html or maybe we could just
upgrade the webob page and link there.
