I think we should close this ticket and supersede it by a general ticket
on synchronizing with pylons' quickstart, with the new StatusCodeRedirect
the documentation is unnecessary as it's very trivial.
I just don't think I'm qualified for that sync. As I'm not certain exactly
which parts as supposed to be migrated.
