#2097: Attribute error from DBSprockets when using crud command

I used 'paster crud' to setup some simple forms but when I try to access
them I get an error:

AttributeError: 'ClassManager' object has no attribute 'mappers'
}}}
I saw on the google group that someone noted this had been fixed in the
latest SVN of DBSprockets, so I tried that route. After installing the
latest SVN I got a "NotImplemented" error instead.
Someone should run through some tests on the 'crud' command to make sure
it actually works.
